I’m not so sure MNGOP Delegates are so receptive to the idea of the RGA handpicking our Governor candidate.
The fact is that Dayton is weak. He (or rather his ex-wife) bought the DFL control of the Legislature and they used that power to railroad their radical and destructive “progressive” agenda through. It was mired with mistakes and unintended consequences because Dayton and Democrats’ goals didn’t have to go through the normal deliberative process and scrutiny.
MNSure is the perfect example. Everyone knew it was going to fail, but they did it anyways.
There is no better poster child for an incompetent Democrat Governor then Mark Dayton, to imply that the Republican Governor’s Association is only going to take advantage of that if Scott Honour is the Republican candidate is just plain silly.
