The MNGOP is dead until there are new caucus and new delegates who are actually republicans are elected.
Until then I would ignore the party, it is beyond repair right now.
Like the old saying, when you are in a hole, first thing is to stop digging.
Right now the MNGOP is filled with a group of people with dynamite and backhoes.

Why are people reluctant to share their ideas?

Anyway, I'll admit I'm new to party involvement. But it seems to me that the state party's main concern should be information gathering and distribution, with another goal of public relations/branding/messaging. Everyone knows we have serious issues with voter identification, databases, and what to do with the information once we have it. Party units should be concentrating on these issues, not raising money for candidates or recounts.

I'm more curious about your take on this and like you am loath to make open suggestions, but the one thing I think we have to get to is the realization, as widespread as we can make it but activists of all stripes in particular, that any Republican is better than every Democrat and we ought to be working and voting accordingly. There are some in our Party who continue to insist that "once people see how bad having Democrats in charge is they will elect Republicans," and use that as an excuse not to work for or vote for Republicans, to "teach them a lesson." Time for attitude adjustments for those people.
