Did you see Mike Brodkorb on WCCO-TV last night? His &quot;interview&quot; was a doozy. Pat Kessler was loving every minute of it.

The claim by Brodkorb is that the Legislature passed the Marriage Amendment proposal so that it would drive so-cons to the polls - hopefully to blunt Amy Klobuchar&#039;s large win and any predicted coat-tails her large win would have.

Brodkorb also got teary and issued a kinda-sorta apology for what he did while working at the Senate caucus. I didn&#039;t hear an apology for the running the state GOP into the ground - unless of course, that was covered in his kinda-sorta apology.

By the way, he also indicated that he&#039;s voting against the marriage Amendment.
