SCOMN Bails Out DFL
The Minnesota Supreme Court bailed out the DFL and set a precedent that anytime a candidate doesn’t look like they can win, you can have them replaced at the last minute. The Court approved a sweetheart deal for the DFL to remove pedophile (alleged) DFL Rep. Kerry Guathier from the ballot.
He is the sitting State Legislator who was almost actually caught with his pants down after having sex with a 17 year old boy. The story was swept under the rug by the media, after all – they can’t let anything that would help the Marriage Amendment make the front page – and now the Supreme Court waved its magic wand and have swept ballot clean for the DFL.
Rep. Gautheir was elected in 2012. He was endorsed this year by the DFL and if not for some lucky stumbling reports that leaked out briefly, he would still be running for reelection.
Poor candidate vetting gave us a sicko in the Legislature and now a poor decision by the Supreme Court bailed them out from any chance the public would have sen just how bad their judgement is.
And sadly, there isn’t going to be any digging into just how big of a problem Gauthier had or if it was just a one time incident …. were State resources used to arrange the Rest Stop Rendezvous?
But at least we learned not to visit Minnesota rest stops as they are a hotbed for random sex with strangers and maybe, just maybe, you can petition your State Legislator if you wander out into the woods…..

So does this mean that we can replace Kurt Bills on the ballot, since he has no chance of winning?
