Hugh Hewitt Endorses Pete Hegseth
Hugh Hewitt has seen and talked to just about every Senate candidate in the country. To receive his endorsement says a ton about the caliber of a candidate that Pete Hegseth is.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Nationally-syndicated radio talk show host and law professor Hugh Hewitt endorsed decorated combat veteran Pete Hegseth in the Minnesota U.S. Senate Wednesday. Hewitt pointed to Hegseth’s leadership experience and conviction to principle as great strengths.
“We need a consistent conservative like Pete to go to Washington and do the right thing,” said Hewitt. “He’s prolife, believes in limited government, a strong national defense, and he’ll stand up to big spending Washington Democrats and Republicans.”
Hewitt cited the importance of winning the seat and Hegseth’s unique ability to defeat Senator Klobuchar in November.
“This race may well determine the control of the United States Senate,” said Hewitt. “We need to send a principled and articulate conservative who will beat Amy Klobuchar and represent Minnesota values in Washington. Not try and bring Washington politics to Minnesota.”
