Jane Fonda Set to Insult Another Gen of Vetrans
We all remember Jane Fonda’s photo sitting on a N. Viet Namesse anti-aircraft gun don’t we? Most sane Americans saw her behavior back then as treason. The act of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Well, Publicity Whore (Fonda), fresh off her I’m sorry you were offended but I have money to make on this here book tour; is planning to take a vegetable oil powered bus across the country to end the Iraq war.
Actress and activist Jane Fonda says she intends to take a cross-country bus tour to call for an end to U.S. military operations in Iraq.
Residual Forces would like to see Publicity Whore relive her old treasonous ways and get elbow to elbow with American and Freedom’s enemies again. Instead this time however, we’d like her to tag along on a suicide car bomb attack.
“I can’t go into any detail except to say that it’s going to be pretty exciting,” she said.
Really now?
They plan to return to the Santa Fe area, where she was promoting her book, “My Life So Far” on Saturday.
Politicizing? Cheap Publicity Whore!!!!!!!! It is shameful to use vetrans and fallen soldiers’ families emotions for one’s own personal finacial benefit. And to schedule it next March. (ahem sweeps)
Prompted by a question from the audience, Fonda said war veterans that she has met on a nationwide book tour have encouraged her to break her silence on the Iraq war.
“I’ve decided I’m coming out,” she said.
Oh, please come out with a bang. A real big one, in Hollywood. Make a real entrance.
“I have not taken a stand on any war since Vietnam,” she said. “I carry a lot of baggage from that.”
That’s not baggage, that’s the blood and tears of thousands of vetrans, some who didn’t come home because of you.
Ms. Publicity Whore, you are an attention whore of the worst kind. You don’t deserve to even have any media attention. You ought to be ashamed of yourself, and I know of ZERO vetrans who support you and your kind. Those ponytailed potheads from Canada and Oxford do not count as vetrans.
RF does not actually hope Publicity Whore actually becomes a suicide bomber. Nor does RF suggest she destroy anything, but we do hope that she does go and try to get photogenic proof of her anti-Americanism again. Only this time, we hope she can be lucky enough to have it streamed on one of the terrorist websites just like the other Westerners who were beheaded.
RF is kidding on bodily harm, but not on her facing a rude awakening face to face with pure evil. Publicity Whore really ought to get to know the real enemy here, sit down with them, maybe have a latte and a scone. Do some yoga or strip aerobics, you know what ever. Maybe they can “do lunch”?
Ms. Pubilicity Whore, you’re an idiot! A useful idiot once again. You will be used once again to harm American soldiers.

Vegetable oil excites Jane Fonda
No word on when she expects to meet with Abu Musab al-Zarqawi whilst sitting on an IED and waving around an AK-47.
You ignorant, warmongering rednecks certainly deserve to get your heads blown off in this senseless war started by your idiotic President. Jane Fonda should not even waste her valuable energy to save your asses.
Oh, the love, I can feel it throught my monitor it is so strong.
Please?
Clinton was my President, is Bush not yours?
And nothing Publicity Whore could do can save me, she is actually endangering me. And if this bus trip is so important, why is she waiting until next March which I think is a sweeps period? If her ’cause’ is so important, why the wait?
I agree with all – except Rainer Duve. She is a publicity whore and triple, you’re right: Why wait if it’s so important?
But, the big question is how a vegtable oil powered bus will stop the war in Iraq? She’s an idiot.
There are ZERO veterans I know that like her. Most think she should be target practice. I DON’T like her. And now…there’s a whole new generation of veterans that wouldn’t mind seeing her used as target practice as well.
Someone said it best: Once a traitor…always a traitor.
There are a lot of unhappy veterans out there from Vietnam. Most of them are older with out much to loose if they comitt a capitol crime. She should consider a designer keflar or an armored bus. At a minimum, she will get booed at every stop. I suspect she will not get very far without a serious mishap. You ought not mess with a Veteran. They have long memories and short fuses.
My son is enroute to Iraq, I couldn’t be prouder.
Hollywood just doesn’t get it. Soldiers go where they are ordered to go. Oh, I know, if a terrorist attacks Fonda let’s see how quick she crys for help. I knew when she was in a popular movie she would take herself too seriously…AGAIN!!!… What a tramp!!!!! What a looser!!!! This time there are lot out there that will protest her protest.
As a widow of an active duty soldier and the lost of a brother in Vietnam, it breaks my heart to see someone who can use her family’s name in the public eye to hurt another generation of veterans. I was just a little girl when my brother was killed in country, but I do remember his sense of honor and duty to his country. My late husband would have stood outside Ms. Fonda’s home to protect her if he was told to stand there and guard it against terriost, even though he disliked what she had done so many years ago. To ask for forgiveness is one thing…but then to repeat it is another. Go home Jane and close your door…you have not given anything to this country…but heartaches to those who wear the uniform…go home!
Now let me see, what in the world could Jane Fonda hurt with her efforts to
stop the war in iraq.
1. We entered this war based on lies.
2. We comitted too few soldiers to do the job right.
3. We’ve spent billions of dollars and still don’t control the country.
4. We’ve abused our military to the point of criminal.
5. We’re desperately trying to train the Iraqi’s so we can leave, just like
Nam.
6. Our military is now beginning to question why other Americans have not
been asked to sacrifice anything for this war effort.
7. We have created a great recuitment effort for terrorist and we are told
that we would rather fight them in iraq instead of in America, yet they
seem to strike wherever they want at will.
8. The majority of Americans have lost confidence in our leadership.
9. We are lead by men who refuse to admit mistakes and are determined
to continue this failed effort with no real plan other then “stay the
course.”
10.Our military can’t meet it recuitment quotes, yet we opt for expoiting
our existing Army rather then reinstituting the draft.
Personally, I don’t believe there is much left for Jane Fonda to screw up.
As for insulting another generation of Veterans, I believe our leaders have
taken care of that one just nicely.
Eugene Hernandez, 101st Airborne Division, 1967-1968, Vietnam
Thank you to all of you who served, have a family member who did, and my deepest regard to those who have lost a loved one.
I wrote the post the other day. I think it would be a great benefit for people to read.
http://www.residualforces.com/index.php/2005/07/24/making-a-nation-at-war/
Especially you Eugene, but still thank you for serving.
triple_a I just read your 07-24-05 post and I think its your own personal
pipe dream. Don’t get me wrong, I have the same can do spirit you mention and I proved it in combat, but I believe we have gone at this war thing all wrong. Your suggestion that we are so great and powerful that we can invent anything we need today and have it ready tomorrow is interesting because I would like to know why we haven’t come up with a
devise to detect and destory road side bombs. If we have invented today,
why can’t we get it to the troops. Why did we take so long to properly equip Humvee with the proper armor. By the way, maybe you could get your “can do” pipe dream to locate Osama.
If we don’t need more troop “to stand around” as you say, why are we forced to keep our current troops in the military even after they have fulfilled their comittment. Why are we forced to redeploy the same troops
over and over again to Iraq and Afghanistan. Why are our national guard and reserve units being deployed like regular active duty units. Our current
troop levels in Iraq force our troops to clear an area and then move out, the insurgent clear out and come back as soon as our troops leave. Sound
to me like we could use a few more “stand around” troop to secure an area
properly. We may have the best fighting force in the world and they may be able to move swiftly at a moments notice, but thats not the war we’re fighting.
When I was in Vietnam, the VC fought just like these insurgents we are facing now, the fought with anything they could find and by any means available. They struck at any time and at any target, military or civilian.
They weren’t cowardly, they were fighting to win and by any mean possible. What would you do if you were facing the greatest military force
ever assembled. Have you ever stopped to think how we fought our war of indepenance against the greatest military force of the day. Face it, triple-a
these current insurgents did not invent terrorism, its been around from the beginning of warfare.
Finally, I would like you to know that one of the lessons I learned in Vietnam was that a mighty Army can be defeated if your heart is not in the fight. To say that the fact that we can still take our kids to daycare is a
sign that whoever we’re fighting is losing, is a reciept for defeat. It doesn’t
matter that we are the mightest nation in the world, if we have nothing to die for, we’re not fit to live. we will win this war on terror when even American is a part of the effort and when all Americans believe that a nation at war mean everybody.
Joe, (who used the contact form, I tried to email you back, but it got returned. Here is what I wanted to say back to you:
Thank you for your service.
Well said. I wish I could have been there for you back then. But I
want you to know that I am proud of what you did over there, and will
never turn my back on you. And I’ll have your back anytime.
I too would take a vet like you over a bunch a politicians anyday.
You guys truly are the cream of the crop.
Joe, I’m proud of you and never forget that.
Thanks again for your service,
Andy [Triple_A]
What do we expect from Hanoi Jane? I was surprised she didn’t offer to help Bin Laden and his thugs, maybe she should start practicing how to ride on a filthy flea ridden camel. The memory of many Viet Nam vets including my deceased brother-in-law, will never allow her antics to progress. Too bad our Air Force guys and gals missed the Goons’ tank she was sitting on, maybe she would not be so lucky now. All those Irak’s suicide bombers might not recognize her as a friend and supporter.
Go back to your hole and stay there Jhijad Jane, we do not need nor want to see your treacherous face, and listen to your pro Communist tirades.
Move out of our country, go live in Afghanistan or any other terrorists paradise. God Bless America and protect our troops.
I went to war in Viet Nam with the idea that we were defending peoples freedom’s including this persons right to protest. But, I have the right to say she is a snit trying to regain her so called fame at the expense of the GI’s. I would love to see her travel around Iraq in a bus with her staff and see what it’s like to even live in Iraq. I’m almost certain they would get a bang out of it if she were to give advance notice of her tour. The insurgents would love the publicity and I’m sure they would enjoy “get a bang” out of her visit. The ironic thing is that our GI’s “men and woman” would give their lives protecting this type of person so she can get the headlines that’s sad but it’s reality.
Eugene,
(Let me prefernce this with the fact that I have not been in the military, I am just in admiration of all the people who have been.)
I have heard that not everyone wants an armored Humvee, as they are terribly hard to see and fight out of.
As for Osama, does Bush have your permission to go into Iran and Pakistan? My amature opinion says that is where to look. Or should we continue to put the preasure of their citizen’s own possible freedom on them to get them to change the terroristic ways?
My lack of actual military experience makes me not undersatnd the reasoning for deployemnts and tour extensions. But why are so many reupping if it is so bad?
The enemy we are facing today is modeling their fight after Viet Nam. They know that if they can just make us bleed enough, our stomach will turn and we will turn and run again. It was their model in Mogadishu and it still is. Unless we can keep the will to fight this tough battle, we will loose the entire War on Terror.
How can I show you I’m in. I started this blog as my way of helping. I excede the height to weight ratio for the Marines, and have bad knees and ankles from football injuries. My description for this blog is: [Unexpended portions of the remaining forces that have an immediate combat potential for continued operations, and that have been deliberately withheld from utilization. Some of us are fighting the information war here at home to keep them safe over there.] I picked that because I am here trying to discredit people like Fonda’s attacks against our soldiers so that they have the will, motivation, and hope that people back home have 110% faith in them. I think the Viet Nam era in America was our darkest hour. The way that the vetrans and soldiers were treated and talked about was shameful and I am determined that those days never return to these shores.
Our tactics in our own War for Independance was one fought outside of the norm back then, I supose some one could call it terroristic, but I would never compare our forefathers to the evil terrorists that our brave soldiers are facing today. To do so, in my mind, degrades both of them.
We should do everyone a great favor. Since Jane wants to spite the armed forces again, why don’t we buy her a one way ticket to Iraq then revoked her US citizenship. She could live happily ever after with the poor defenseless Iraqui insurgents. I would buy the ticket myself.

In this country people have the right to disagree and speak their opinions without comitting treason or being a traitor. Hell, buying gasoline is aiding and abetting the enemy. It is wasted energy to even care what some washed up actress thinks. Take a flight over to Iraq/Afghanistan and fight the real enemy.
Good name for Hanoi Jane, “Bagdad Jane”!
Has she forgotten what she done to the GI’s in Viet Nam, there are many who still remember what she done!
She basically spit in the POW’s faces!
Once a Traitor, always a Traitor!
Its all documented, do the research.
Send her to Iraq, to monitor the suicide bombers, there are many who would donate to buying her a one-way ticket!
Promote your Book some other way!
Don’t insult this generation of GI’s.
Slam, bam, thank you Ma’am….You’ve done enough to hurt our soldiers…now go to Iraq and get yourself beheaded…it could only improve your thinking.
I kind of like Jihad Jane. It has a ring to it.
Residual Forces does not wish Ms Fonda any harm, just a sudden cause of common sense.
The traitor’s hanoi jane hasn’t learned anything. I AM ONE CITIZEN that is especially tired of fanatical activists making lies up out of thin air and calling them facts. that said janie must realize that she will only be another propaganda tool, and just like the rest of us she will be looked down upon by the fanatical muslims both as a woman and as an INFIDEL as are all non-muslims and probably 90% of the muslim’s also
is this trip just to push her new book????????/
It is all about her and her book.
I wonder just what all these nosepickers think a redneck is? I JUST WISH I WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO BE CALLED A REAL REDNECK! Getting back to HANOI jane she has committed treason and the ideal thing would be for her to go along on one of these suicide missions to see just how they work. these fanatics have been killing christions and infidels for religeous crimes for centuries, and they have been attacking the western world openly since the late 50s, and something definately had to be done. we didn’t want to do the IRAQ thing but it is the first step in preserving our society which HANOI jane really doesn;t like but she keeps taking money from it I.E. under false pretentions.
If Americans are not too popular around the world it is because of the bunch of ignorant right wing zombies who wrote most of the comments herein
JANE IS A HEROIN
Did you think Ho Chi Minh would attack the U.S. in a canoe?
Are you still looking for W.M.D’s?
Do you think the 17 countries that you bombed should love you?
Do you still believe Saddam & Osama were football buddies?
Do you think your army uses vegetable oil? (they’re on Coke)
Did you know Cheney, Wolfowitz & Co. planned the war in 1992?
Why is there only you and Israel against most U.N. resolutions?
Why only the U.S. refused the Kyoto accord?
Who used the atomic bomb?
Who killed most of their native population?
Who enslaved, beat & lynched Blacks?
Which country achieved wealth by stealing from every other country?
If you cannot answer these questions, you at least should shut up and thank God the U.S. have a Jane Fonda
[...] But whilst I’m gone, can someone take the time to edificate this moonbat in my comments on Jane Fonda’s demoralization tour? [...]
My dad spent two years in Viet Nam,my husband spent one year there. At the age of 16 I heard the tourtured cries of a family friend with three small children as she was told her 24 year old husband was killed in Viet Nam.Today I spent a couple of hours at the traveling V.N. Wall.I penciled the name of said friend onto paper,I watched as men cried for their fallen brother that died for our freedom.Jane Fonda is a discrase to the human race and doesn’t deserve to live in our country, let alone have anyone think she is anything less then a traitor. When my husband came home from Viet Nam he was spit on….I would spit on jane Fonda…I honor all of our brave military where would we be without them?
Mickey,
Don’t ever forget that me and most other Americans are grateful for what your Dad, husband, and friend’s husband did (not to mention everyone else who had the courage to wear the uniform). To us, they always have been, and always will be heros.
I too honor the military, and promise you that I will do everything I can to make sure that we never go through such a terrible time again.
God bless,
Andy
[...] I mentioned this earlier. Jane Fonda Cancels Anti-War Bus Tour [...]
IF Jane Fonda want’s to mouth off about the Military being in Iraq, let her. IF Mrs. Sheehan want’s to mouth off about the Military being in Iraq, let her. My husband is in the 101st and getting ready to Deploy for a 2nd time to Iraq, it’s because of men like my husband that both of these women have the right to mouth off about Iraq, only here’s the thing. Do Miss Fonda and Mrs Sheehan have the “BALL’S” to come to our base and stand outside the front gates and mouth off?? I don’t belive they do. There are more than enough of us here to give them the true meaning of the word’s, WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!!!!!. Miss Fonda is doing nothing more than showing the world what a total idiot she is ( and always has been ), and Mrs Sheehan need’s to stop hanging on to the coat tail’s of other’s just so her face can be on the night time new’s. She’s a disgrace, and YES I would have no worries about telling her to face what I think of what she is doing. IF we stop giving these idiot’s air time and space in our newspapers, then maybe they will just go away once and for all. Just SUPPORT the TROOP’S and let them KNOW YOU SUPPORT THEM and to hell with idiot’s like the Fonda’s and Sheehan’s of world!
I think the above link to my website speaks for itself. Mind you, it is fiction. Fortunate for me, she played into my plotline, freeing me from the proximity of libel.
I would like to thank all the men and women who have serverd in the US Armed Forces, especially those who were front liners. God Bless You.
IF Yves Gagne is so ” Fonda Hanoi Jane” maybe you could have been the bus driver for her tour. If I can’t help pay for your tour, maybe I can help you pack to take your tour to where it counts–the front line of battle. Just let me know when and where. I think Hanoi Jane should settle for nothing less than seeing the war up close and personal!. Don’t forget to pick up Alex Baldwin and Sean Penn on you way out of town!
I agree Hanoi Jane should try to get one of the hybrid automobiles. Rather than running on corn oil, how about the bus that runs on bullshit—then she would never have to worry about running out of gas!!!!!
A TRAITOR IS ABOUT TO BE HONORED
KEEP THIS MOVING ACROSS AMERICA
This is for all the kids born in the 70′s who do
not remember, and didn’t have to bear the
burden that our fathers, mothers and older
brothers and sisters had to bear.
Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the
“100 Women of the Century.”
BY BARBRA WALTERS
Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still
countless others have never known how Ms.
Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country,
but specific men who served and sacrificed
during Vietnam.
The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot
The pilot’s name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat.
In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF
Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo Prison
the “Hanoi Hilton.”
Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell,
cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ’s, he was
ordered to describe for a visiting American
“Peace Activist” the “lenient and humane
treatment” he’d received.
He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was
dragged away.
During the subsequent beating, he fell forward
on to the camp Commandant’s feet, which
sent that officer berserk.
In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from
double vision (which permanently ended his
flying career) from the Commandant’s frenzied
application of a wooden baton.
From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the
47FW/DO (F-4E’s). He spent 6 years in the
“Hanoi Hilton”,,, the first three of which his
family only knew he was “missing in action”.
His wife lived on faith that he was still alive.
His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and
clothed routine in preparation for a
“peace delegation” visit.
They, however, had time and devised a plan to
get word to the world that they were alive
and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny
piece of paper, with his Social Security Number
on it, in the palm of his hand.
When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a
cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each
man’s hand and asking little encouraging
snippets like: “Aren’t you sorry you bombed
babies?” and “Are you grateful for the humane
treatment from your benevolent captors?”
Believing this HAD to be an act, they each
palmed her their sliver of paper.
She took them all without missing a beat. At the
end of the line and once the camera stopped
rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs,
she turned to the officer in charge and handed
him all the little pieces of paper.
Three men died from the subsequent beatings.
Colonel Carrigan was almost number four
but he survived, which is the only reason we
know of her actions that day.
I was a civilian economic development advisor
in Vietnam, and was captured by the North
Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in
1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years.
I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one
year in a cage in Cambodia; and one year
in a “black box” in Hanoi.
My North Vietnamese captors deliberately
poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a
nurse in a leprosarium in Ban me Thuot, South
Vietnam, whom I buried in the jungle near the
Cambodian border.
At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs.
(My normal weight is 170 lbs.)
We were Jane Fonda’s “war criminals.”
When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi, I was asked by
the camp communist political officer if I would
be willing to meet with her.
I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real
treatment we POWs received… and how
different it was from the treatment purported by
the North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as
“humane and lenient.”
Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky
floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched
with a large steel weights placed on my hands,
and beaten with a bamboo cane.
I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda
soon after I was released. I asked her
if she would be willing to debate me on TV.
She never did answer me.
These first-hand experiences do not exemplify
someone who should be honored as part
of “100 Years of Great Women.”
Lest we forget…” 100 Years of Great Women”
should never include a traitor whose hands are
covered with the blood of so many patriots.
There are few things I have strong visceral
reactions to, but Hanoi Jane’s participation in
blatant treason, is one of them.
Please take the time to forward to as many
people as you possibly can.
It will eventually end up on her computer and
she needs to know that we will never forget.
